You provide the design, drawing, or specification, and we manufacture according to the agreed materials, finishes, dimensions, and branding details.ODM begins before that point. We review your product idea and discuss appearance, structure, dimensions, materials, and functions, subject to technical feasibility. Development may include concept evaluation, structural discussions, material selection, configuration development, and prototype evaluation.If your product is already defined, OEM is usually the shorter path. If you have an idea that still needs development, ODM gives you the design and engineering support to reach a manufacturable product.

Customization is available across the buffet equipment and hospitality supplies we work with, including buffet tables, display stands and risers, chafing dishes and food warming equipment, drink and food dispensers, dessert and beverage displays, seafood and cold food displays, and tableware.Not every option applies to every product. Dimensions, materials, structure, finishes, logo application, and packaging all depend on the product model and its technical requirements. Available options depend on the product model, technical feasibility, and order quantity. For eligible products, customization can cover product appearance and design details, dimensions and capacity, materials and components, colors and surface finishes, product structure and functions, logo application, and packaging and labeling.Some requirements can be handled as a modification of an existing model, while others need development work. Tell us what you want to change and we will confirm which options are realistic for that product, along with any tooling, sampling, or minimum order implications.

You do not need a finished design to start. A concept description, sketch, reference image, or sample is enough for us to review the direction and discuss what development would involve.We then evaluate the product concept, structure, dimensions, materials, and functions, and confirm technical feasibility before moving to configuration development or prototypes. Tooling, sample costs, and minimum order quantities are discussed separately once the specification is clear. Development is agreed step by step, so you can decide whether to continue at each stage.

There is no single MOQ across our range. Quantities differ by product model, the customization involved, material requirements, production process, and how the order is configured.Standard products generally start lower than customized or newly developed items, where tooling, material runs, and sample approval affect the minimum. Send your product selection and estimated quantity, and we will confirm the MOQ that applies to your specific requirement.

Sampling is normally the step between an agreed specification and bulk production. What the sample involves depends on the product: a standard model sample, a modified product, or a prototype for a new development.Before sampling starts, we confirm the sample specification, any customization charges, the sample cost, and the lead time. Sample evaluation is also the point where materials, finishes, and dimensions are checked in hand, so changes can be agreed before production begins.

Development and production timing is set by the project, not by a fixed standard. Design complexity, material availability, how many prototype rounds are needed, how quickly specifications are approved, and the order quantity all affect the schedule.After we review your requirements, we provide an estimated development and delivery schedule together with the quotation. If sampling is required, the sample stage is scheduled separately, and the production date is confirmed once the sample and order details are approved.

Logo application and packaging customization are handled as part of the product specification. Depending on the product and material, logo options may include marking, labels, or other agreed branding methods, and packaging can be discussed in terms of cartons, labels, and carton markings.Send your logo files in a usable format together with your packaging requirements. We will confirm which methods are suitable for the selected product, along with any minimum quantity or cost implications, before the order is finalized.

To quote accurately, we need to understand the product and the requirement behind it. Product category, estimated quantity, required dimensions, materials, finish, logo and packaging needs, destination country, and target timeline give us the basis for a quotation.Where available, drawings, reference images, or a product sample reduce the back-and-forth considerably. Private label projects usually start with product selection from our existing range, followed by selected customization, logo application, and packaging changes that present the products under your brand.Where the requirement goes further than product-level customization, such as building a coordinated product range or a brand identity around it, our Private Label program covers that scope.
