What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM manufacturing is based on a product that already exists on paper. You provide the design, drawing, or specification, and we manufacture according to the agreed materials, finishes, dimensions, and branding details.

ODM begins before that point. We review your product idea and discuss appearance, structure, dimensions, materials, and functions, subject to technical feasibility. Development may include concept evaluation, structural discussions, material selection, configuration development, and prototype evaluation.

If your product is already defined, OEM is usually the shorter path. If you have an idea that still needs development, ODM gives you the design and engineering support to reach a manufacturable product.
