Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?

Sampling is normally the step between an agreed specification and bulk production. What the sample involves depends on the product: a standard model sample, a modified product, or a prototype for a new development.

Before sampling starts, we confirm the sample specification, any customization charges, the sample cost, and the lead time. Sample evaluation is also the point where materials, finishes, and dimensions are checked in hand, so changes can be agreed before production begins.
